Developed and refined over many years, the simple yoga set uses a mixture of breathing exercises and postures, with space between the exercises to find stillness and rest.
The main purpose of the yoga set is to open up the body and prepare it for the meditation.
After we’ve been through the set, there is a clear explanation of the main eight chakras, the three aspects of the mantra and the meditation itself, which we then practice together.
The practice includes the audible sounding of an ancient mantra, sounded by millions of people throughout the centuries to unlock, uplift and purify the subtle body.
